As women, we spend a lot of time thinking about healthy meals, planning vacations, scheduling doctors appointments, and ensuring everyone around us is healthy. But what about our own health? We forget about ourselves, let alone schedule annual exams. Finding the time to go to the doctor, dentist, or gynecologist feels like one more task in an already packed schedule, and it can go completely overlooked for years. It puts you at risk for cancer, depression, weight gain, and high blood pressure.
Join IAW DFW on Tuesday, February 21st, to discuss small, effective tweaks you can make to optimize your health and create a plan for regularly scheduled health decisions that impact your body, mind, and finances
The three takeaways you can expect to have:
- Why annual exams give you key indicators of your health
- Options for healthcare coverage based on your lifestyle
- How to regain clarity for your 2023 roadmap in the health space
