Is self-care getting pampered at the spa? Is it exercising daily? Is it eating well and scheduling doctors' appointments? And how do we prioritize all these things when we have busy families and are overwhelmed with projects at work?
Self-care should not be overwhelming but should consistently provide you with opportunities to address the care of your body, soul, and mind.
