One of the few and most effective models for self-awareness today is the Johari Window, invented in 1955 by psychologists Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham. It is a framework for understanding conscious and unconscious bias that can help increase self-awareness and our understanding of others. When understood and applied correctly, it can be a powerful and effective tool is activating and unlocking hidden potentials within each of us

Ngan is the Director of Cintamani Group, an executive coaching and consulting firm. She coaches on leadership and empowers entrepreneurs to bring their highest vision to life. With over a decade of business strategy experience as an advisor to Fortune 100 companies, Ngan is also a certified master-level intelligent leadership executive coach with John Mattone and was an analyst for McKinsey & Company. She graduated with a double honors degree in biochemistry-biophysics and bioengineering from Oregon State University and completed a research fellowship at MIT in nanotechnology.
