Do you love spring cleaning? Or, at least the end result of spring cleaning? We often spend time decluttering our physical baggage, but when was the last time you decluttered your professional baggage? You know…those negative thoughts you’ve picked up in your current position, stress from a former boss, or burnout from trying to juggle it all.

On Tuesday, August 16th, IAW Memphis will host Brenda Becton, who will help you unpack that baggage so that you can transition into your next professional chapter as the best version of yourself. She’ll help you understand if you’re stuck in the past, if your stress is distress, and if you are at a crossroads in your career.
