I help corporate leaders who are struggling with confidence and clarity in their vision for success to cultivate tenacity and to devise the roadmap to realizing their vision through 1:1 consulting and coaching.

I am an experienced leader with over 25 years of practice in urban education systems and a not-for profit organization, overseeing the administration and implementation of multi-million-dollar state and federal programs and grant funds.

I have extensive experience in the areas of leadership and management, strategic planning, systems design, policy interpretation and implementation, professional development, team building, diversity and inclusion, curriculum and instruction, and much more.

I am the founder and owner of Avagyan Consulting LLC.
