Our comfort zones are convenient maintenance phases where we aren’t experiencing stress or success from growth. More often than not women will get comfortable in these zones and will wonder why they aren’t progressing in their careers or relationships.

Unfortunately being too comfortable in the maintenance phase can hold you back from your potential, and put you behind the curve for your future goals. Today we are going to discuss three things:

  1. Why do women often choose to stay within their comfort zone
  2. Why doing so prevents us from taking on challenges and grow
  3. Practical tips on how to break out of our comfort zone

On Tuesday, October 18th IAW Orland Park will host Dr. Jun Zhao, who will teach us strategic methods to break out of our comfort zone and prepare ourselves to grow.
