Wondering how you can learn to just let things go? Or how to stop going round and round in your mind, overthinking every action you’ve taken that you feel wasn’t just right? Maybe something happened, and you distract yourself for a time, only to find all those thoughts and worries come crashing down on you an hour later?

On Tuesday, May 17th IAW Orland Park will host Alicia Sander who will teach you how to know your limits and reframe your mindset. Isn’t it time you learned to tap into your serenity and peace of mind?
