Amanda Lee, is the Center Director for Brain Balance in San Diego. The Brain Balance Program® is a research-based, drug-free brain training program that addresses the root causes behind behavioral, social, and cognitive challenges (i.e. ADHD, autism, dyslexia, regulation, sensory processing, memory, performance, etc.). This personalized, holistic program incorporates learnings from cognitive, behavioral, and nutrition fields—an integrated approach that is literally redefining what’s possible for kids, teens, and adults. Amanda is an internationally board-certified Cognitive Coach and has over 15 years of experience in the education field. She is a connector and lifelong learner committed to promoting equity and access to quality education and believes every person should have the opportunity to actualize their full potential and to live life to the fullest.
Patti Cuthill is Vice President People and Culture at NextLevel, a San DIego cloud based communications company, where she helps build and nurture a positive work environment valued by all NextLevel employees. Prior to joining NextLevel, Patti held leadership positions in Human Resources for CPU Medical Management, Rock Cancer CARE, CliniComp International, Rock Church & Academy, and Comic-Con. She served as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy. Patti received her Human Resource Management certificate from San Diego State University and is a certified Gallup Strengths coach. She currently serves on the Military Transition Services Team at Veteran affairs of North County San Diego and is President of the San Diego SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). In 2018 she was recognized as a finalist for HR Rockstar of the Year from the San Diego Human Resources Forum.
After a successful 15 year career in advertising and branding, Tamara Romeo, the “Design Boss,” founded San Diego Office Design in 2010, which is now recognized as an award-winning Commercial Interior Design firm specializing in creating highly branded creative interiors that define & support strong culture at work and beyond. Tamara's expertise in telling the story of her clients’ mission +vision +culture, ‘from the inside out’ with strategic space planning, interior design, architecture & furniture selections has been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine, San Diego Magazine, and The San Diego Business Journal. She has won business awards including “Business Woman of the Year”, and “Best Interior Designers of 2019.” In 2022, she and San Diego Office Design were featured in the “Best of San Diego” edition of Modern Luxury Magazine.
