Establishing a foundation for more inclusive leadership is necessary and will further create equity in the workplace. However, finding the actions to ensure success can be daunting. Mindset to Movement will discuss the necessary skills to equip your internal leaders with tools to navigate an inclusive landscape in the company and, in doing so, create a more innovative work environment for all.
On Thursday, October 13th IAW San Diego will host Samara Hakim, who will show us how to move on an adjusted mindset of more inclusive leadership. Samara will highlight the three main elements of inclusive leadership and share tips on creating movement for DEIB at work and in the community.
