Being a leader is different from managing people. We all have an opportunity to be leaders in our respective communities and workplaces. But, what exactly does it mean to be a leader, and how does one position themself to be seen as a leader through the eyes of others?
On Tuesday, August 16th, IAW Chicago & Schaumburg will feature Dr. Karen Thames, who will share tips and perspectives to help you identify your superpower as a leader. In this session, you’ll gain tips on the power of sharing your voice and story, how you can reframe the narrative related to past obstacles, and why it is important to become a ‘zebra’ in your community.
