What is keeping you from feeling completely content in your life? Developing a level of contentment that can power you through difficult times stems from your relationship with yourself. We often hear advice to love ourselves but tend not to hear about the challenges of that journey. You can’t jump from inadequacy to self-love in an instant.

On Thursday, August 18th, IAW Seattle will host Chapter President Marguerite Berg, who will share tips on creating a healthy relationship with yourself which will help you connect in a healthy way with others in the business world as well as your personal life. She’ll share tips on where the relationship starts, knowing how to love yourself, and ways to show love to yourself.
