Create Your NOT To DO List: And Create More Space For Yourself

Data shows that women carry the emotional load in their families and the
workplace. They tend to offer all of themselves to everyone and
everything around them, most often at the expense of themselves.
To understand the level of burnout women face, here are some statistics:

  • Women experience burnout at a higher rate than men. According to a
survey by Gallup, 28% of women reported feeling burned out often or
always, compared to 21% of men.
  • Burnout can have a significant impact on women's mental health. A
study by the Journal of Applied Biobehavioral Research found that
women who experience burnout are more likely to develop symptoms
    of anxiety and depression.
  • Burnout can also have a negative impact on women's physical health.
A study by the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology found that
women who experience burnout are more likely to report physical
symptoms such as headaches, muscle pain, and gastrointestinal
    issues.

In honor of prioritizing well-being, we want to inspire you to consider
what boundaries you can create to alleviate your schedule and where you
can offload tasks to make room for yourself in the weekly schedule.
