As a result of the pandemic, women are experiencing higher rates of post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and depression making Mental Health Awareness Month more important than ever for our community.
On Tuesday, May 17th, IAW Bowie, Waldorf, and Washington DC will host Stacey Paulin who will share strategies to bring awareness to the mental and physical challenges women are facing right now. She will also provide tips on overcoming those challenges.
